Hannah and Braden’s love story is not the typical one you hear, but it is perfect to them. They grew up in the same small town of Defiance, OH so they were never strangers. Braden grew up as Hannah’s older brother’s best friend. The boys played sports together from early childhood all the way through high school. It’s no secret Hannah always had a crush on Braden, what little sister didn’t crush on their brother’s friend? Hannah remembers secretly cheering Braden on at every game she would attended, not knowing one day she would marry that boy. Braden was always friendly to Hannah, but never thought it was his future wife he was waving to and smiling at from a distance. It was not until Hannah graduated high school that Braden decided to get to know her better. The summer of 2018, they started to build a friendship and slowly realized they couldn’t go a day without talking to each other. Later that year, Braden FINALLY asked Hannah on a formal date, with her brother’s permission of course. They grabbed a bite to eat and spent the evening driving through the hometown they share, looking at all the Christmas lights. Their first date is something the couple loves to talk about and a day they look forward to recreating every December. A month later, Braden asked Hannah to be his girlfriend, which was an immediate YES from her. They spent the next couple years driving to and from each others home, struggling through nursing school, and planning a future they knew would be together. 6 years later, they are eagerly awaiting their wedding day, both working as registered nurses, and enjoying their newly built home. They are so proud of the life they have created with each other this far, and cannot wait to experience every new phase of life together from now until forever.
